White marble was deposited as carbonate crystal sediment in relatively cold deep seawater. This is visible in the rock formation with the absence of pink/red/brown/black veins. The tiles consists therefore of pure calcium carbonate crystals, which are extremely stable even in strong ultra-violet light conditions, so yellowing of the stone is nearly non-existent. Stone is recommend for all types of applications, including swimming pool tiles.
