Material & Design Details

Apricot is a bluestone-style material classified as a marble, characterized by its high density and compact structure. The stone contains subtle organic and clay streaks, reflecting its near-shore depositional environment where terrestrial sediments were incorporated during formation.

The organic remnants within the stone naturally contain small amounts of sulfur, which helps inhibit the growth of fungus and mold. Combined with its low permeability and porosity, Apricot is easy to clean, hygienic, and requires minimal maintenance, even in humid conditions.

This material is highly resistant to ultraviolet light, ensuring excellent color stability over long periods of exposure. Its appearance remains consistent even after many years in full sunlight, making it especially suitable for tropical and hot, sunny climates.

Apricot performs well in a wide range of applications where durability and ease of care are essential. Minor surface discolorations, such as marks from sunscreen or tanning oils, typically fade naturally after a few days of exposure to full sunlight, further reducing maintenance efforts.

With its warm aesthetic, strong performance, and long-term stability, Apricot is an excellent choice for both residential and commercial projects in demanding climate conditions.
